What We Do

Traditional technique,modern precision

Four disciplines, practised under one roof in Kathmandu — each combining generations of Nepalese craft with an engineered, ERP-managed process.

Knitting

We make our products from the best SGS-tested yarns. Our sweaters, pullovers, cardigans and cashmere accessories for men, women and children are available across the world under the labels of leading clothing companies.

Following global-standard production processes, we bring traditional Nepalese hand-knitting technique to flat knitting machines, while ERP software systemises the workflow — merging the best of both to create luxury knitwear with a vintage feel. Our hand-knitting machines handle large runs on short timelines without compromising quality or accuracy.

Each garment begins as separate parts — sleeves, necks and bodies — which are then linked by hand on advanced linking machines. A department-specific Quality Control Desk inspects every piece throughout production, and only once a product is quality-guaranteed is it labelled and packed for dispatch.

Weaving

Nepal, home to some of the world’s highest mountains, is famous for its pashmina — woven from the finest cashmere of the high Himalaya. Continuing that tradition, we weave pashmina shawls, mufflers, scarves, warmers and blankets, embellishing international designs using traditional Nepalese techniques.

Our pure cashmere shawls are hand-loomed to preserve a softness that would deteriorate on a high-vibration automatic loom. Yarns are warped on wooden frames by traditional methods — a painstaking process that demands uniformity and precision. Every woven piece is then hand-massaged to release stiffness in the wool before quality inspection to the highest international standards.

Alongside tradition, we use modern technology for scouring, carding, warping, shedding and opening, producing both tight-spun and light-spun yarns. Production is overseen by expert textile engineers, with a digital database ensuring flawless shawls, scarves and woven garments.

Hand Stitching

Nepal’s textile work is renowned around the world, and we use the best of traditional hand-stitching in our products — from rugged stitching to neat decorative work — for a classical hand-finished touch that sets them apart from machine-tailored garments.

Top stitches, running stitches, buttonhole stitches, back stitches and basting are all done by hand by our master artisans. Our stitching is smooth and discreet and never puckers the fabric. We specialise in fringe finishing, hand seam work, pick stitching and decorative stitch artwork — finishes that echo the craftsmanship in every piece.

Hand Embellishments

We believe in the beauty of handicraft. Our embellishments are neat, finished and detailed, done by hand using traditional Nepalese methods that add a rare vintage touch to an already elegant garment.

Our artists bring years of experience handed down from generation to generation. We take extra care in our embroidery, working with gold and silver wire, while sequin work, beading and quilting are made to the design order — complementing the refinement of international collections.
